Cancellation Policy

 I understand life happens and cancellations may occur.  Any cancellations made more than 48hrs of our date will be unaffected. A cancellation  within 48 to 24hrs of our date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the booked appointment. Due within twenty-four hrs of invoice sent.  A cancellation within 24 hrs of our date will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the booked appointment. Due within twenty-four hrs of the invoice sent.

Please Also Note:  Appointments made months in advance are acceptable.  However, a Deposit of 50% upfront will be required.  As the appointment nears, we MUST confirm at least 3 Weeks prior to the date.  Any cancellations within those 3 weeks will forfeit the deposit.

 

I request to be notified ASAP. If the Cancellation policy is not respected, I will no longer accept your booking form for future arrangements.
